Once jackfruit has been sitting a while in a container, juice will drain out into the bottom. Don’t toss it out! We love the syrup on anything sweet. Try it over vanilla ice cream or on pancakes.
Makes 1/4 to 1/2 cup.
Ingredients
1 cup jackfruit juice
Directions
Place juice in a small saucepan and turn it up to medium-high.
Allow juice to boil, with supervision, until it has reduced to half or less, as desired.
Serve warm.
Store in refrigerator.
